In the 1980s, there was a Japanese movie called "Gorgeous Family", which was adapted from a novel of the same name. The novel begins with the story of Daisuke Manpyo having dinner in this restaurant. The restaurant mainly serves French cuisine, but all its ingredients are sourced locally, including Ise lobster, black abalone, and Matsusaka beef. The cooking methods are classic and the presentation is simple, but the taste is unparalleled. It is the taste of France in my memory, but it is very different from the French cuisine I have eaten before. It seems to be more elegant and more oriental. I used bread to wipe the bottom of the plate clean. The dining room is elegantly decorated and the waiters are impeccable. This restaurant has received the bigwigs who attended the G7 meeting in 2016, and the big round table where the bigwigs dine is still preserved.
